Client Ownership
Upon full payment, the client receives full ownership of the final deliverables (website, application, design files, etc.) as specified in the project agreement.
SoftCrafts Ownership
- We reserve the right to use project screenshots and descriptions in our portfolio unless explicitly agreed otherwise
- Proprietary tools, frameworks, and code libraries developed by SoftCrafts remain our intellectual property
- Third-party assets (stock images, fonts, plugins) are subject to their respective licenses
6. Confidentiality
Both parties agree to maintain the confidentiality of all proprietary and sensitive information shared during the project partnership. This includes (but is not limited to) business strategies, client data, source code, and project details.
7. Warranties & Disclaimers
- SoftCrafts strives to deliver high-quality, bug-free solutions. A support/warranty period (typically 30 days after delivery) is provided for bug fixes related to the delivered scope
- We do not guarantee specific SEO rankings, traffic volumes, or revenue outcomes
- The website and its content are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis
- We are not responsible for downtime or issues caused by third-party hosting, services, or client-side modifications
8. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, SoftCrafts Technologies shall not be liable for:
- Any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use of our website or services
- Loss of profits, data, business opportunities, or goodwill

11. Force Majeure
